GB News was halted for a major breaking news alert as presenter Ben Leo was joined by the former Senior Adviser to President Donald Trump, Jason Miller. This comes as the programme revealed that an Iranian dissident risked his life to warn Prime Minister Keir Starmer he risks “disaster” if he does not join the fight against the Islamic Republic. In the clip, he also urged the US leader to “finish the job,” as the Middle East conflict continues reaches day 34. During the show, Miller highlighted the death of Iran’s supreme leader, as said: “Here’s the issue, when we talk about Iran, there has to be someone who steps and who leads.
“President Trump cut the head of the snake, maybe the body and down to the feet of the snake, but there are still bad actors … we need the people to step up and propose somebody who’d be the strong leader.” Trump’s former adviser then suggested: “Folks have talked about the leader of the Parliament, could that be it? I’m not the person who’s going to make that decision, but we do need the people to step up.”

“I’m so glad the killing of innocent people has stopped,” the spokesman remarked.
After for the reasons behind this, Miller stated: “The folks who have been valuably protesting against this Islamist regime, they have been taking it easy, they want to stay safe, the US is only focused on military attacks.
“That’s where President Trump has made clearly to stay focused … there are Iranians who want freedom, who are glad the US is doing what they’re doing and quite frankly if we could only get Keir Starmer and some other NATO allies to step up and do what they need to with regard to the Strait of Hormuz we’d be in a better place.”
As US allies have refused to join the US-Israel war against Iran, Trump waged war against NATO and recently admitted that he is considering withdrawing from the alliance.

While the President has long been vocally sceptical about the benefit of the organisation’s membership to the US, he told Reuters news agency on Wednesday he was “absolutely without question” considering withdrawing, despite the nation being one of the 12 founding members that signed the North Atlantic Treaty 77 years ago.
Starmer has since insisted that he won’t be bullied by Trump and accused the US leader of trying to pressure the UK into joining his war, but insisted the president would fail.
The Prime Minister said: “We’re clear there’s been a good deal of pressure on me to change my position in relation to joining the war, and I’m not going to change my position.
“Whatever the pressure, whatever the noise, I’m the British Prime Minister, and I have to act in our national interests.”
